Does VMA accept insurance?

Virtual Milestone Academy provides dyslexia evaluations, structured literacy tutoring, printable homework, and consultation for homeschool families. Services are rooted in the Science of Reading and designed to support and strengthen homeschool instruction.

Can VMA act as the primary reading or writing instructor?


Yes. Many homeschool students use VMA as their main reading, writing, or spelling teacher. Instruction is systematic, evidence-based, and fully individualized.

Will VMA follow a specific homeschool curriculum?


VMA instruction follows research-based methods. While not curriculum-dependent, sessions are designed to complement and enhance a chosen homeschool approach.

Does VMA provide documentation for homeschool records?

Is a retainer required for legal services through VMA?


Yes. Legal services typically require an upfront retainer based on the expected scope of the case. Final fees depend on time required for preparation, file review, and testimony. Estimates are provided upon request after an initial consultation

  • Requires a minimum of 6 weeks' advance scheduling for the in-person appointment for licensing.

  • Includes 4 weeks of virtual preparation before the visit:

    • Online paperwork review

  • Out-of-state professional licensing coverage (temporary or reciprocal licensure as needed)

  • All travel and lodging costs
